Rad Nha Mho muck
- 200 grams of egg noodle
- 200 grams of slices pork
- 1 tsp spoon of pepper
- 1/2 tsp spoon of sugar
- 1 tsp spoon of light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp spoon of milk
- 1 tbsp spoon of oil
- 1 cup of pork broth
- 2 tbsp spoon of flour mixing with water1/4c or less just enough to make a thick sauce
- 1 tsp spoon of sugar
- 1 tsp spoon of fish sauce
- 2 tbsp spoon of oyster sauce
- 120 grams of Pak Choi ,wash and cut
- 6 slice of baby corn
- 1 thin slices of carrot
- 1/2 cup of slices colriflower
- 1 tbsp spoon of fermented soy beans
- 1 tsp spoon of chopped garlic
- In the marinate bowl beat in egg add pork, sugar, light soy sauce, pepper and milk and gives little massage on the pork cover for 30 minutes or more
- Boil the noodles and drain set aside
- In the heating frying pan add oil and fry in garlic till get a nice fragrance smell then add marinate pork with all the marinate sauce in the pan keep frying till pork are cooked
- Add pork broth let's boil for 5 minutes
- Add vegetables that been prepared into to soup
- Add oyster sauce, sugar, fish sauce and fermented soy beans stir well
- Add the flour mixing into the soup keep stirring till get thick and cover for 5 more minutes
- Pour the sauce over the noodles served hot .If you like spicy add chillies pepper into the sauce it will be yummy too
