- 1 ounce, weight Sun-dried Tomato Slices
- 3 ounces, weight Fresh Spinach
- 1.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- 2.
- Place pizza crust on a cookie sheet.
- 3.
- Crack open the jar of alfredo sauce and spread a layer of it all over the crust.
- Use as much or as little as you like.
- I found a little goes a long way.
- 4.
- Slice the mozzarella into thin slices and spread out over the crust.
- Make sure you will get a little bit in each bite.
- 5.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese all over pizza.
- 6.
- Sprinkle the sundried tomatoes all over the pizza.
- You dont need much, they pack a big punch.
- 7.
- Place about 1/3 of the spinach all over the crust.
- It will wilt way down in the oven, but that is ok. 8.
- Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until the crust has crisped up and the cheese is good and melted.
- 9.
- Pull it out of the oven and slice it.
- 10.
- Pile on the rest of the spinach onto the pizza for a nice crunch.
- 11.
- Enjoy the gooey goodness.
- This would also be really good with some grilled chicken on it.
