Turkey Stir Fry

  1. Start your rice.
  2. Prep ingredients and make a slurry of cornstarch and water (keep separate).
  3. Cook meat in 1 tsp.
  4. Oil on high heat till pink is gone.
  5. Add sauce, bring to boil, set aside.
  6. Stir fry vegs.
  7. in large saucpan on high heat in 1 tbl.
  8. oil until just beginning to soften.
  9. Add meat mixture to vegs.
  10. Bring to boil.
  11. Add slurry a 1/4 cup at a time until desired thickness.
  12. Serve with rice.
