Martha's Chicken Pot Pie Recipe
- 1 lg. pkg. chicken breast and thighs
- 2 c. broth
- 1 med. onion
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans Veg-All
- 2 sticks melted butter
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- Boil chicken with diced onions, salt, and pepper to taste (debone).
- Pour chicken broth into pan.
- Pour soups over broth.
- Add in diced chicken and vegetables.
- In a blender, add in flour, melted butter, and lowfat milk; pour over chicken mix.
- Bake at 400 degrees till top is lightly brown.
