Cranberry Fluff Frosting:

• 6 tablespoons butter or 6 tablespoons margarine
• 2 teaspoons orange rind, Grated
• 1 dash salt
• 1 lb powdered sugar
• 5 tablespoons cranberry juice cocktail

1. Cream butter.
2. add orange rind and salt.
3. add sugar gradually with cranberry cocktail.
4. beat light and fluffy.
