Grilled Salmon with Horseradish Glaze

  1. Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients until well blended.
  3. Thread potatoes onto skewers.
  4. Brush potatoes and fish with oil.
  5. Grill, with fish flesh-side down, 10 min., turning after 5 min.
  6. Brush flesh side of fish with Miracle Whip mixture; grill 10 min.
  7. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  8. Remove potatoes from skewers; place on platter with fish.
  9. Sprinkle with parsley.
