Fabulous Lamb Stew

  1. In a large pot place the 12 cups of water, the lamb and marrow bones.
  2. Bring to a boil and then lower flame and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
  3. In a separate pan saute the onion and celery in the canola oil for about 10 minutes.
  4. Then add the garlic and saute for a few more minutes.
  5. Set aside.
  6. After the bones have been simmering for 1 1/2 hours add the sauteed veggies plus the rest of the ingredients including the salt and pepper and simmer for 1 1/2 more hours.
