Asparagus With Mustard Sauce Recipe

  1. Heat margarine in med.
  2. saucepan.
  3. Stir in flour, cook 1 minutes.
  4. Add in broth and lowfat milk, stirring constantly w/ whisk.
  5. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer for 5 mins.
  6. Remove from heat and whisk in mustard, lemon juice and white pepper.
  7. Keep hot while cooking asparagus- do not boil.
  8. RECIPES 68 cal 1.4 fat gm.
