Asian Beef Salad

  1. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.
  2. Place beef steaks in skillet; cook 12 to 15 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
  3. Remove; let stand 10 minutes.
  4. Whisk dressing ingredients in small bowl until blended.
  5. Carve steaks.
  6. Combine beef, onion and cilantro in medium bowl.
  7. Add dressing; toss.
  8. Serve on salad greens.
  9. Sprinkle with peanuts.
