Herbed Corn Bake Recipe
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (12 ounce.) or possibly 1 pound whole kernel corn
- 1 c. herb seasoned bread stuffing
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- Combine lowfat milk and butter, add in egg and corn, stuffing, onion, parsley.
- Pour into greased 8 inch round baking dish.
- Toss bread crumbs with melted butter.
- Sprinkle over corn mix.
- Bake in moderate oven 350 degrees for 30 min.
