Vickys 'Magic Shell' for Ice Cream
- 160 grams chocolate of choice, I like Moo-Free free-from brand or my own recipe linked below
- 100 grams coconut oil, melted
- Break the chocolate into a bowl or use chocolate chips
- Blast on high in the microwave for a minute then stir and blast in 20 second intervals until melted.
- You can use a bain-marie if you like
- Stir in the coconut oil and mix together
- Store in a squeezy bottle in the cupboard
- Coconut oil is solid in it's natural state unlike other oils so once it cools it'll set.
- When the sauce sets and you can't squeeze it out, simply place the bottle in a jug of hot water for a little while then shake it up

- When it hits the cold it'll set
