Apple Puff Pastry
- 1 medium dice red apples
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 4 piece puff pastry
- Dice the apple then put onto a pan with sugar,water and lemon juice Simmer for full 8 minutes till its soft and carmelized then off heat
- Spoon the cooked apple unto the pastry then shape it and baked it at 180C for 15 to 20 minutes, basting top with some butter on the last few minutes
- WOVEN SQUARE APPLE PUFF PASTRY ,,,On a puff pastry Spoon some apple filling then Slice another puff pastry into strip then over lapping into woven style then cover the apple filling and fold all 4 corner
