Swiss Green Beans

  1. Preheat oven to 350 if you're going to bake this right away.
  2. Saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes.
  3. Blend in flour, salt, pepper and sugar.
  4. Stir in sour cream, do not boil.
  5. Stir in beans and cheese, put in a greased casserole.
  6. Sprinkle crumbs on top.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
