Garlic Beef Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 275F or 140C.
  2. Mix the first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.
  3. Add in Egg, oil and hot water.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Roll out on a well-floured surface to 1/2 inch thickness.
  6. Place on ungreased cooking sheet.
  7. Bake on center rack, for about 2 hours until dry and very hard.
  8. Let stand overnight to dry thoroughly.
  9. Makes 10 big bones and 14 puppy bones.
