Somen Noodle Champuruu With Salted Kombu Seaweed
- 1 bunch Somen noodles
- 1 heaped tablespoon Chirimen jako
- 6 grams Shio-kombu
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 Green pepper
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1/3 tsp Kombucha (salt-cooked dried kombu seaweed powder)
- 1 dash Sesame seeds (if you have them)
- Try using imitation crab sticks instead of the chirimen jako and sesame oil instead of vegetable oil Sesame oil would be delicious.
- Add the cooked somen noodles and stir-fry.
- Add the kombucha powder and mix.
- Turn the heat off and mix in the shio-konbu.
- Sprinkle with some sesame seeds if you have them, and it's done!

- Use crab sticks instead of the chirimenjako, and sesame oil intead of vegetable oil .
- Sesame oil would be delicious.
