Lemon Squares

  1. Grease and flour 9x13-inch pan.
  2. Mix cake mix, melted margarine, and 1 egg together; press into prepared pan.
  3. Mix cheese, 2 eggs and icing sugar together and pour over "crust".
  4. Bake at 325F for 40 minutes.
  5. (It will still appear soft in the center).
  6. Let cool for 15 minutes and then sprinkle with icing sugar (I use a sifter to do this-for even spreading).
  7. Cut while still warm.
