BBQ Grilled Chicken & Pineapple Salad

  1. Heat greased grill to medium heat.
  2. Grill pineapple slices 4 min.
  3. on each side; remove from grill.
  4. Grill chicken 5 min.
  5. on each side.
  6. Brush with 2 Tbsp.
  7. barbecue sauce; grill 2 to 4 min.
  8. or until chicken is done (165F), turning after 2 min.
  9. and brushing with remaining barbecue sauce.
  10. Cut chicken crosswise into strips.
  11. Cut pineapple into 1/2-inch chunks.
  12. Cover 6 serving plates with greens; top with pineapple, peppers, chicken and dressing.
