Seitan

  1. Dissolve bouillon in hot water.
  2. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  3. kneed for two minutes.
  4. Beat, slam or wack to remove bubbles.
  5. Shape as desired.
  6. Simmer gently for twenty minutes (or bake till done).
  7. eat.
