Seitan
- 1 cup vital wheat gluten
- 13 cup nutrional yeast
- 1 cup of vegetable bouillon
- 12 cup water
- 2 tablespoons Braggs liquid aminos, liquid amminos
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika (for color)
- 14 teaspoon spirulina (for color)
- Dissolve bouillon in hot water.
- Mix in remaining ingredients.
- kneed for two minutes.
- Beat, slam or wack to remove bubbles.
- Shape as desired.
- Simmer gently for twenty minutes (or bake till done).
