Pasta Alfredo Italiano
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20, you may also use diced chicken)
- 6 oz green pepper (diced)
- 8 oz button mushrooms (chopped)
- 6 oz fresh spinach (chopped)
- 15 oz alfredo sauce
- 2 tbsp thyme
- 2 tbsp oregano
- 2 tbsp italian seasoning
- tbsp horseradish
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 16 oz penna or rotini pasta (cooked)
- In a skillet add in ground beef, add in all seasoning, parmesan cheese,and green pepper.
- Once meat is browned add mushrooms and spinach and cook on medium for 3-5 minutes.
- Add Alfredo sauce to meat, toss with fresh cooked pasta.
- Top with feta (goat or blue) cheese as desired and serve.
