Italian Breaded Chicken

  1. Take chicken out and cut all fat off.
  2. Cut each piece in half.
  3. Put bread crumbs and dressing in two separate bowls.
  4. Individually put each piece in dressing and then dip in crumbs to cover.
  5. When skillet is heated pour only enough oil to cover base.
  6. Place each piece in skillet.
  7. Chicken is ready when the outer layer is brown and the chicken is tender.
