Andes Mint Cheesecake Recipe

  1. Put mints in freezer and freeze.
  2. Heat to 350 degrees.
  3. Mix cream cheese and sugar till smooth.
  4. Add in Large eggs, one at a time beating after each.
  5. Fold in vanilla.chop frzn junior mints and sprinkle on cheesecake.
  6. Bake 40-45 min or possibly till set.
  7. Cold.
  8. Then refrigerateover night.
