Garlic Lime Shrimp

  1. Rinse shrimp in colander and drain.
  2. Heat butter and oil in large frying pan, add garlic and saute over Low heat for 2 3 minutes.
  3. Add lime juice and zest.
  4. Cook Stirring constantly for 1 minute more.
  5. Add the shrimp and cook them for 2 3 minutes, until they turn pink.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with cilantro and serve with the warm tortillas.
