• 1 12 cups water (80 degrees)
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 12 teaspoons salt
• 14 cup sugar
• 4 14 cups bread flour
• 1 34 teaspoons active dry yeast
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (sharp, for best flavor)
• 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes

1. Add ingredients to breadmaker according to your machine's recommendations.
2. Select cycle and press start.
