Another Latkes

  1. Stir potatoes, onion, eggs, flour and salt together.
  2. In a skillet over med-high heat, heat oil until hot.
  3. Place large spoonsfuls of potato mixture into the hot oil, pressing them down to 0.5-0.7 cm thick patties.
  4. Brown on one side, turn and brown on the other.
  5. Let drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve hot!
