JELL-O Fruit Bowl Cookies

  1. BEAT margarine at medium speed of electric mixer until light and fluffy; beat in jelly powder.
  2. Mix in egg.
  3. Stir in flour and baking powder.
  4. SHAPE dough as illustrated; chill 2 hours.
  5. CUT and bake at 350F for 8-10 min.
  6. ; cool.
  7. GLAZE: Mix 2 cups icing sugar and 3 Tbsp water until smooth.
  8. Blend in 3 to 4 drops food colouring to tint to desired colour.
  9. Dip edges of cookies in frosting and dry on rack.
