Flavorful Salad That's Perfect for Summer
- 2 Eggplant (slim Japanese type)
- 10 Okra
- 3 pieces Myoga ginger
- 1 piece Ginger
- 10 leaves Shiso leaves
- 1 Salt
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 grams Bonito flakes
- Slice the eggplant lengthwise, then thinly slice.
- Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 10 minutes before rinsing and draining.
- Put the okra in boiling water to quickly cook, then thinly slice.
- Cut the myoga, ginger, and shiso leaves into strips.
- Combine everything in a bowl, then dress with soy sauce and bonito flakes.
- Arrange on a plate and enjoy.
