BAKER'S One-Bowl Mocha Brownies

  1. Brownies: Line 13x9-inch baking pan with greased foil.
  2. Microwave chocolate and 3/4 cup butter in large microwavable bowl on MEDIUM 2 minutes or until butter is melted.
  3. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  4. Stir IN sugar until well blended.
  5. Mix in eggs and vanilla.
  6. Stir in flour, 1/2 cup coffee mix and pecans.
  7. Spread into prepared pan.
  8. Bake at 350F for 30 - 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out with fudgy crumbs.
  9. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
  10. Cool completely in pan.
  11. Cut into squares.
  12. Frosting: Dissolve remaining coffee mix in hot milk.
  13. Beat with remaining butter until creamy.
  14. Gradually add icing sugar, beating on low speed until well blended.
  15. Let stand, until frosting is of spreading consistency, then ice brownies.
