Salpicon
- 1-1/2 lb. beef rump roast, cooked, shredded
- 2 cups finely shredded lettuce
- 1 cup chopped seeded tomato
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 24 corn tostada shells
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- Toss all ingredients except tostadas and sour cream in large bowl; cover.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
- Spoon 1/4 cup of the meat mixture onto each tostada; top with 1 tsp.
- of the sour cream.
- Serve immediately.
