Creamy Lime Sherbet Recipe
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lime Jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 (6 ounce.) can limeade frzn concentrate
- 8 drops green food coloring
- 4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. light cream
- Dissolve Jello in boiling water.
- Add in sugar and salt, add in limeade, stirring till thawed.
- Stir in food coloring, lowfat milk and light cream.
- Makes 1 gallon.
- Freeze in churn.
