Peking Pork Chops

  1. Use a 4-quart slow cooker.
  2. Put the chops into the stoneware.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the sugar, spices, soy sauce, ketchup, and garlic.
  4. Pour evenly over the top of chops.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for about 4 hours.
  6. Serve with rice and veggies and ladle the sauce on top.
  7. These chops freeze and reheat wellyay!
