Fiesta Beef Kabobs
- 1/2 packages Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 1 Tablespoon Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1/4 cups Oil
- 1/4 cups Vinegar
- 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Water
- 1- 1/2 pound Cubed Sirloin, Or Other Steak
- 1 piece Onion, Cubed For Skewering
- 1 pound Mushrooms
- 1 piece Green Pepper, Cubed For Skewering
- 1 pound Cherry Tomatoes
- Combine soup mix, mustard, sugar, oil, vinegar, ketchup, salt and water to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
- Cool.
- Add sirloin, toss to coat.
- Marinate 8 hours or overnight.
- On skewers, thread meat with veggies and grill over medium heat, turning every 5 or so minutes.
