Brown And White Bread, Gluten Free Recipe
- 1 pkt dry yeast
- 1 c. brown rice flour
- 2 1/4 c. white rice flour
- 2 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. Egg Replacer (optional)
- 3 Tbsp. sugar or possibly fructose
- 3 x Large eggs lightly beaten
- 1/4 c. Fleischmann's unsalted margarine melted
- 1 2/3 c. hot water
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 1/3 c. Nut-Quick grnd fine in a blender
- 1/3 c. Soy-Quick
- 1/3 c. Lacto-Free
- 1/2 c. instant nonfat dry lowfat milk
- Lactose-Free, Low-Sucrose, Soy Free
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Whisk to mix thoroughly.
- Transfer to machine.
- Combine and whisk all liquid ingredients.
- Transfer to machine.
- This bread is Lactose-Free, Low-Sucrose, Soy Free!
