Kabocha and Boiled Egg Salad.
- 1/8 Kabocha squash
- 2 Boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp Fried onions
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- Leave the skin on the kabocha and cut roughly into smaller pieces.
- Heat in a microwave until it becomes soft.
- Roughly chop up one boiled egg.
- Slice the other boiled egg to use as decoration.
- Add the kabocha,chopped boiled egg, fried onions and flavoring into a bowl and mix well.
- Arrange on a plate and garnish with the boiled egg slices.
- You're done.
