Sherman's Revenge

• 2 1/2 ounces rye
• 1 ounce cream sherry
• 1 dash of orange bitters
• 3 orange twists
• Ice

1. In a pint glass, combine the rye, sherry and bitters.
2. Flame 2 orange twists over the glass, then drop them into it.
3. Add ice and stir well.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe.
5. Flame the remaining twist over the drink, then drop it in.
