Crispy Chicken BLT Salad

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package; place in shallow baking pan.
  2. Bake 20 min.
  3. or until cooked through (170 degrees F).
  4. Let stand 5 min.
  5. ; cut into slices.
  6. Toss lettuce with tomatoes, bacon and dressing.
  7. Spoon evenly onto four plates; sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Top with chicken.
