Small Strawberries with Lemon

• 2 pints small strawberries, whole or halved, stemmed and hulled
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• A handful of fresh mint leaves, torn or shredded

1. Toss the berries in a bowl with the lemon juice and sugar and let stand for a few minutes.
2. Toss with the mint and serve.
