Mojo pork ribs tips
- 1 packages pork chunks
- 1 dash fresh lemon juice
- 1 seasoning of your choice(garlic is my main ingredient
- 1 cup mojo juice
- Heat oil in frying pan
- Wash pork chunks very well (i use apple cider vinegar let it soak in water for an hour
- Rinse and drain your meat in a strainer
- Put your meat in a clean bowl add your seasoning lemon juice and mojo juice
- Mix well and start frying until golden brown
- Drain grease on a paper towel and enjoy
