Spinach Dip I
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 8 ounces water chestnuts drained and diced
- 5 each onions green, chopped (with tops)
- 10 ounces spinach cooked, drained well (use one package of frozen spinach)
- 1 package vegetable soup mix dry
- Mix everything together and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir again before serving.
- Serve with sturdy dip-ables or crackers, as it will break chips.
