Pepperoni Pasta Casserole
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 stick pepperoni, sliced or 1/2 pkg. pre-sliced
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 1 (15 oz.) can herb tomato sauce
- 1 small pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
- 1 c. water
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 c. pasta (shells, bow ties, curls, etc.)
- Brown hamburger, onion and pepper; drain.
- Add pepperoni, tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce mix and mushrooms; mix well and heat.
- Cook pasta; drain and add to hamburger mixture.
- Heat until bubbly.
- Shred or thinly slice the cheeses.
- Place 1/2 hamburger mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cheese over the hamburger mixture.
- Repeat.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes. Excellent with salad and garlic bread.
