Bacon egg and sausage salad
- 1 tsp dill weed
- 1 1/2 tbsp yellow prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 1/2 cup smoked sausage
- 4 oz bacon, about four slices
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp cilantro
- Microwave poach, boil, or poach the eggs
- Fry the bacon crisp, then move to a paper towel to absorb excessive oils.
- Slice the sausage on a bias and fry in bacon drippings.
- Move to a paper towel to absorb excessive oils.
- Dice the eggs add some of the sausage.
- with the other sausage line a bowl.
- Crumble most of the bacon add to eggs.
- Add mustards, and dill weed to the eggs and mix.
- Add the salad to sausge lined bowl.
- Take the last piece of bacon brake into thirds add to top.
- Garnish with cilantro.
