BBQ Brisket Recipe

  1. Pre heat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Combine black pepper, garlic salt, celery salt and onion salt to make a dry rub.
  3. Enough to completely cover your brisket (adjust according to size).
  4. Cover brisket with rub and sprinkle with liquid smoke.
  5. Cook at 300 degrees for 6-7 hours.
  6. For the last hour smother brisket with BBQ sauce.
  7. Drain fat from pan before adding BBQ sauce.
  8. Serve with cornbread and coleslaw.
