Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Pie
- 1 (1 lb.) Keebler Ready Crusy Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted
- 3/4 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup Sun-Maid Raisins
- Whipped Cream
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Beat together eggs, corn syrup, sugar and butter.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown, and filling is set in center.
- Cool.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
