Bologna Cups

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. In a medium saucepan, stir together ketchup, vinegar, 1 tablespoon oil, Worcestershire, and sugar.
  3. Mix into the cooked rice.
  4. Preheat broiler, if preheating is required.
  5. In a skillet over high heat, in melted shortening 1 tablespoon of oil, fry bologna on one side until cup-shaped; turn and brown the other side.
  6. Spoon rice mixture into bologna cups.
  7. Top with half of a cheese slice and broil till cheese is bubbly.
