Peach Melba Dessert Cups
- 2 cups fat-free milk
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
- 1 can (8 oz.) peach slices in juice, drained, chopped
- 6 chewy raspberry-filled cookies, cut diagonally into quarters
- 1 Tbsp. raspberry preserves
- Pour milk into medium bowl.
- Add dry pudding mix.
- Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
- or until well blended.
- Gently stir in peaches.
- Spoon evenly into six 6-oz.
- dessert dishes.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Top each dish with 4 cookie pieces and 1/2 tsp.
- of the preserves just before serving.
