Peach Melba Dessert Cups

  1. Pour milk into medium bowl.
  2. Add dry pudding mix.
  3. Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
  4. or until well blended.
  5. Gently stir in peaches.
  6. Spoon evenly into six 6-oz.
  7. dessert dishes.
  8. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  9. Top each dish with 4 cookie pieces and 1/2 tsp.
  10. of the preserves just before serving.
