Mock Guacamole

  1. Place peas and water in a saucepan; cook for about 2 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Drain; place peas in a food processor.
  3. Add sour cream, avocado, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and hot pepper sauce; cover and process until smooth.
  4. Stir in tomato and onion.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Serve with vegetables or tortilla chips.
