Gluten-free Sandwich Rolls
- 1 box (7.5 Oz. Size) Chebe Original Bread Mix
- 2 Tablespoons Organic Vegetable (palm) Shortening Or Olive Oil
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Water
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- 2.
- Soften palm shortening in the microwave or use olive oil instead.
- 3.
- Add eggs to a large mixing bowl.
- Add in Chebe mix, melted shortening and/or olive oil, water, and salt
- 4.
- Knead with hands until a dough forms.
- 5.
- Divide dough into 5 evenly-sized round balls.
- Flatten with the palm of your hand to make the surfaces wider (about the size of a hamburger bun or slightly bigger).
- 6.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown (I baked them for exactly 20 minutes).
- Makes 5 rolls, 220 calories each.
