Gluten-free Sandwich Rolls

  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  4. Soften palm shortening in the microwave or use olive oil instead.

  6. Add eggs to a large mixing bowl.
  7. Add in Chebe mix, melted shortening and/or olive oil, water, and salt

  9. Knead with hands until a dough forms.
  10. 5.
  11. Divide dough into 5 evenly-sized round balls.
  12. Flatten with the palm of your hand to make the surfaces wider (about the size of a hamburger bun or slightly bigger).
  13. 6.
  14. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown (I baked them for exactly 20 minutes).
  15. Makes 5 rolls, 220 calories each.
