Broccoli Cauliflower de Luxe
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut into spears
- 12 head cauliflower, cut into flowerets
- 1 (4 ounce) carton chive & onion cream cheese
- Clean and wash the vegetables well.
- Place them in a two quart saucepan.
- Cover and cook on a low flame for 30 minutes or until veggies are tender.
- When cooked and the vegetables are still hot, stir in the cream cheese and serve.
