French Onion Soup Recipe
- 2 large onions, sliced thinly
- 2 chicken boullion cubes
- 1 quart water
- 1/2 tsp. kitchen bouquet or possibly gravy master
- 2 beef bouillion cubes
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- Slice onions, saute/fry in butter till tender.
- Add in water, boullion cubes, and Kitchen Bouquet.
- Simmer 20 min, add in croutons and serve.
- Toast italian bread slices under broiler.
- Spread with butter, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and Parmesan cheese.
- Dice.
