Freezer Coleslaw

  1. In large bowl, combine veggies with salt.
  2. Let stand 1 hour.
  3. Place remaining ingredients in pan and boil for 1 minute.
  4. Cool.
  5. Drain veggies and add to vinegar mixture.
  6. Stir gently.
  7. Ladle into freezer containers or bags.
  8. Freeze.
  9. Defrost and served chilled.
