Pumpkin Cake
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 cup butter
- Mix first six ingredients and pour into 9x13 pan.
- Sprinkle cake mix evenly over mixture.
- Cover with chopped pecans.
- Cover with 2 sticks butter.
- Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
